St. Thérèse, Little Flower Parish, a joyful, vibrant and welcoming Catholic Community in the heart of South Bend, Indiana, next door to the University of Notre Dame, is seeking a Director of Liturgy and Music who will be responsible for the music program and work with our Mass Coordinators to plan for our weekly liturgies. This is a full time position, however we are open to part time candidates.

- being a joyful and welcoming face for the parish.
- answering phone calls
- giving directions or answering basic parish questions ("where's the bathroom? how do I register as a parishioner?" etc.)
- light office tasks (mailing, filing, etc.)
- selling Barnaby's Pizza coupons
- computer skills are a bonus but not required.
Time Commitment: willing to volunteer weekly for at least three hours (a morning and/or afternoon slot) once per week. Most volunteers choose one day to cover the front desk per week.

St.Thérèse Little Flower Catholic Church Internship Program
We are looking for individuals who are interested in putting what they have learned into practice at a faith-centered workplace. You will gain practical skills while experiencing a Christ-centered environment with a mission of evangelization, while developing a strong sense of purpose and moral direction. We welcome proposals for new internship ideas in addition to the opportunities listed below.Possible Internship opportunities
Computer Science Opportunities- Develop our digital ministry catalog through Website design
- Update parish website to reach new parishioners
Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts Opportunities:- Market the events and ministries of our parish through our various social media platforms, flyers, and bulletin boards
- Evangelize our community through digital and print media including social media, flyers, and bulletin boards
- Explore and establish a content calendar for Catholic media.
- Tell the story of the Catholic faith and how St. Therese, Little Flower Catholic Church shares that faith through visual arts on bulletin boards, social media platforms, and web design.
Business, accounting, and administrative opportunities:- Experience striving for ethical and effective business practices in a non-profit, Christ-centered setting
- Practice with budget
Elementary Education opportunities -- Gain experience working with little ones in our Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Atria. Founded with a Montessori mindset, CGS classes offer opportunities for one-on-one interactions with the different students to get to know how the students learn, exist, and interact with their environment.
